Privacy Policy

Effective November 5, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how ImmigTech handles personal information collected through immigtech.com, website inquiries, and requests for a practice review. Client engagements may involve additional confidentiality and data-handling terms agreed separately.

Who we are and how to contact us

ImmigTech LLC provides technology and operations consulting. For privacy questions or requests, contact ask@immigtech.com.

Information you provide

When you contact us through the website, we collect the name, firm name, email address, and message you submit. The practice-review questionnaire also asks about your practice areas, intake responsibilities, case workflows, software, support needs, and priorities.

Please provide information about your firm’s operations only. Do not submit client names, case records, immigration documents, passwords, government identification numbers, or other sensitive information through public forms or chat. If an engagement requires confidential material, we will agree on an appropriate method for sharing it.

Website and chat information

Website infrastructure and enabled services may process technical information such as IP address, browser/device information, requested pages, timestamps, and security logs. Cookies or similar technologies may support website functions and third-party services.

If you use the website’s Tidio chat, information you enter and associated technical information may be processed by Tidio to provide chat functionality.

How we use information

We use inquiry and questionnaire information to respond to requests, understand your firm’s needs, discuss services and evaluation scope, arrange follow-up, and maintain related business records. Website technical information is used to operate, maintain, and protect the site.

Service providers and other disclosures

Our website is hosted by Hostinger. We use Microsoft 365 for business email, and WordPress, Elementor, and MetForm to support website content and inquiries. Depending on configuration, submissions may be stored in the website database, delivered by email, or processed by relevant service providers.

Providers that support hosting, communications, chat, storage, and website maintenance may process information needed for those functions. Their processing may occur outside your location. We may also disclose information when required by law.

AI-assisted processing

We use ChatGPT (OpenAI), Claude (Anthropic), and Muse (Meta) to assist with reviewing communications and preparing drafts. These services may process personal information provided to them or accessed through connected email. We aim to limit the information shared, and Shadouh Lopez reviews and sends all outgoing ImmigTech emails.

Retention and deletion

Information may remain in website records, email, chat history, and service-provider systems. Retention and deletion depend on the type of record, the service involved, and applicable legal obligations. Contact ask@immigtech.com with questions about retention or to request deletion. We will review requests in light of applicable requirements and any records we need to retain.

Your choices and requests

You can choose not to submit optional information. You may contact us to ask about information you have provided, request a correction, or request deletion. Applicable rights and exceptions depend on your location and the circumstances. We may need to verify your identity before responding.

You can manage cookies through your browser settings, although blocking some cookies may affect functionality.

Security

No website, email system, or storage service can guarantee complete security.
